Please read and agree to the following Terms and Conditions before using Hatlx:

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform.
• You acknowledge and accept that paid advertisements may be displayed while using the platform.
• If you earn money by selling services, solutions, or receiving gifts, a 10% platform fee will be applied upon withdrawal. For example, if you withdraw $10, you will receive $9, and $1 will be retained as a service fee.
• If you offer a service or task and the client is not satisfied, the funds may be refunded to the client after review. We reserve the right to investigate the case and monitor both parties’ behavior to ensure fairness.
• All payments must be processed exclusively through the Hatlx platform. Transactions made outside the platform are not protected, and Hatlx is not responsible for any related losses.
• You agree to comply with all applicable local and international laws and regulations while using the platform.
• Your data will be stored securely and used only for essential platform services, communication, security, and operational purposes.
• You agree to our use of analytics tools (including Google Analytics) and tracking technologies, which may collect information such as IP address for performance analysis, security monitoring, and service improvement.
• You may upload only videos that you have personally created. Do not upload videos that belong to someone else, contain copyrighted material, or infringe on any intellectual property rights. Copyright violations may result in immediate removal of content, account suspension, or permanent ban.
• You may request a withdrawal once your wallet balance reaches a minimum of $30.
• If a buyer is not satisfied with a purchased service or solution, the payment will be refunded to the buyer’s credit wallet. The seller is not entitled to reclaim refunded amounts.
• If a buyer clicks "Not Satisfied" on the Order & Confirmation page, the payment will be refunded to their credit balance. Refunded credits can only be used for future purchases on the platform and cannot be withdrawn.
• If the buyer does not select "Satisfied" or "Not Satisfied" within 3 days, the payment will be automatically released to the seller’s wallet and considered accepted.
• In the event of technical issues, system failure, security breaches, or unforeseen disruptions, Hatlx shall not be held liable for financial compensation beyond the available wallet balance recorded on the platform.
