Please read and agree to the following Terms and Conditions before using Hatlx:

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform.
• If you offer a service or post a problem and the client is not satisfied, the funds may be refunded to the client. We will review the case and monitor both parties’ behavior.
• All payments must be processed through the Hatlx platform. Transactions outside the platform are not protected, and we are not responsible for any losses.
• If you earn money by selling services, solutions, or receiving gifts from users, a 30% fee will be applied when you withdraw your earnings. For example, if you withdraw $50, you will receive $35, and the remaining $15 will be kept as a platform fee.
• You agree to follow all applicable laws and regulations when using the platform.
• Your data will be stored securely and only used for essential services and communication.
• You agree to our use of Google Analytics and tracking (including IP address) for performance, analytics, and security monitoring.
• You accept the display of paid advertisements while using the platform.
• When your wallet balance reaches $30, you’ll be eligible to withdraw your earnings.
• If you sell a service or solution and the buyer is not satisfied, the payment will be refunded to the buyer's credit wallet. You are not entitled to reclaim the refunded amount.
• After placing an order, if a buyer clicks the 'Not Satisfied' button on the Order & Confirmation page, the payment will be refunded to their credit balance, which can only be used for future purchases on our platform.
• If the buyer does not click 'Satisfied' or 'Not Satisfied' within 3 days, the payment will be automatically released to the seller's wallet and marked as accepted.
• If the platform is ever compromised or experiences a technical failure, Hatlx is not liable for any user compensation.
